None I am aware of. But you can write one on your own using the documented
Fax APIs - Fax Extended COM APIs. Look into MSDN (search for FaxDocument
object) for more details.
BTW do you want to send faxes or just convert some file types to TIFF? My
suggestion above works only for the former case.
