Print envelopes Word 2000

Hello. My new computer has Windows XP. I come from a Win98 environment. I'm
using Works containing Word 2000. When I go to print an envelope, and try to
get the information from my address book, I'm told I have to log on to
Microsoft Exchange first, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do
it.
Can someone help?

Unless you are on an Intranet you can't.

I have no knowledge of the Works environment, but the
knowledgable gurus hang out here:

This doesn't make much sense. Works is simply running Word2000. I didn't
have this problem with Win98; it's only cropped up with Win XP.

Odd stuff. You would think that I could get access to my own address book
<grin>.

If anyone else has an idea, I would appreciate it.
