PRINT DRAFT ACROSS A PAGE

I find using WordArt at 100% transparent with light gray lines, sized t
fit the page work well for this.

Some newer printers have the ability to add watermarks builtin to the printer
driver.

If you check the properties for that printer, you could find out if your printer
supports this.
