How do i make it so everytime i print a worksheet the
column and row headings print. I now have to do that on
every different report, gridlines seems to stay but row
and column headings do not. Thanks

Think this should help

Click the worksheet.
On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Sheet tab.
Do one of the following:
Print row and column headings

Select the Row and column headings check box, and click Print.
Print row and column labels on every page

To print column labels on every page, under Print titles in the Rows t
repeat at top box, enter the rows that contain the column labels, an
then click Print.
To print row labels on every page, under Print titles in the Columns t
repeat at left box, enter the columns that contain the row labels, an
then click Print.

wow can't believe I actually answered a question... ;-

under help - click Templates then click on Customize the
defaults for a workbook or worksheet by using a template
this is how you essentially control defaults for a lot of
things in excel i think
