Print Button on Rpt Window

How do get a print button to display in the little report window that opens
when I select "Open Report" from my Switchboard?

I was only showing the database in its "as is" phase with stub-testing and
the Senior Management have now amde it a requirment to have the little popup
window showing the report and they want a print button in the header of the
Window.
