print area

i cannot clear print area. when i select the print area
and 'file', 'print area',the options are not available.
any suggestions?
 
When you use this command, Excel creates a range "print_area". Try deleting
that range.

Perhaps you have two or more sheets in "group" mode?

Do you see [Group] next to the filename?

Right-click on a sheet tab and "ungroup sheets".
