Maybe...

Select your range that you're gonna print.
Edit|copy
move to where that second section would be
shift-edit|paste picture link

The second "copy" is a picture of the first--and if you change the first, the
picture is updated right away.

Hi,
Can we print a selection (print area) twice on the same paper A4 size.
The first time on the uper half of the paper & the second time on the lower
half of the paper.

Hi,
To be more clear:
Text is found only once on the sheet, Twice on the printer (when we print).

Thanks

Did it work ok when you tried it?

Hi,
I tried what you send. It makes a copy (as picture) on the same sheet and is
updated when the original is changed.
I can see the orignal and the "copy" (as picture link) on the same sheet.
I don't need to see the picture link on the sheet, only on the paper when
printed.
Is there a macro (maybe) to print a small range on the paper twice on the
first half and then another time on the second half of the same paper.

Hope we are communicating !!!

Khalil

I guess you could have a macro that would either copy, then pastes the range
right before it prints, then deletes that copied range after it prints.

I'd record a macro when I did it manually to get started.
