Print a photo upside down

Hi;

We have a report that includes a photo. The report prints on the back of a
pre-printed form.

The photo prints upside down. There isn't any option in the printer's setup
to correct it.

Is there a way to print an ole object upside down?

If it were me, I'd open the phot on Microsoft Photo Editor or similar, flip
it upside down, then save it.

That would work if it was only the photo. There is also text before and
after the photo that needs to be "Upside Down"
