Princeton 17" flat panel monitor problem

I'm hoping someone can give me some help on my problem. I have a new
17" flat panel monitor. The problem I'm having is when I scroll up or
down the page, everything (text and graphics) flickers (looks wavy).
It's very hard on the eyes. Is there something I can do to alleviate
this problem?

try turning down monitor settings and color. Might check monitor web site
for problems and solutions.
 
Little things can interfere. Cordless mouse, wireless network, cordless
phone, TV, etc. Move all your connections away from monitor and see if it
helps.
