Is there any way to change the primary smtp account from outlook instead of
going into AD and changing it under email addresses?

I have several different email addresses that come to my exchange mailbox
and i would like to be able to switch between them

Thanks
Rob

Can't you define POP accounts (that send only, no receive) and then choose
the account when you reply to the message? It works for me.

Hi - this is more of an Exchange question and would best be posted in
microsoft.public.exchange.admin.

If all the addresses/aliases are defined in your (single) mailbox, you can't
choose what to send from - it's always going to be the default set in the
recipient policy/mailbox. Your choices are to set up each address in another
mail-enabled object to which you have Send As rights, or check out
www.ivasoft.biz for ChooseFrom.
