Preview (still/thumbnail) of a video?

Is it possible to capture one frame (or a 'still') from a video?
Similar to the thumbnail of a video you get in the filebrowser.

Using:
WM5 PPC
..Net CF 2.0

Hi,

I think you can use DirectShow and a filter like Image Sink Filter,
check out this article :

I never used it before so I don't have any more information.
