Preview picture attachments in the Reading Pane

Is there a way to setup the reading pane in Outlook 2003 so that .jpg
attachments will automatically load in the reading pane the way they do in
Outlook Express version 6 ???
 
outlook doesn't support inline viewing of attachments.
