Preview Pane?

Hello I would like to know how to enable the preview pane in the outbox folder.
The options (right, bottom, off) are greyed out and thus I cannot access them.
But I can access them when reading mails in the inbox.

As far as I know it can't be done. (Basically any program that reviews an
item in the outbox that is queued for sending will change its status and
never be sent. Hence the reason the preview pane is disabled.)

Thanks Neo. The advantage with OE is that you can easily view the emails in the
outbox folder and is a very practical before sending them.
