On some of our users' computers (Windows XP, Office XP), when they choose
file->open within Word, they can hover the mouse cursor over a document name
and they will get a popup listing the document's author, last change, date,
etc... How do I enable that feature?

This is the very last option on the View tab of Tools | Folder Options in
Windows Explorer.

Really? I have Use Simple File sharing in the spot you describe. That doesn't
seem to be doing what the OP asked checked or unchecked. What's the name of
the Option?

"Show popup description for folder and desktop items" (Windows 2000).

Hmm, I'm using XP. I'll poke around for it.
