Preview at screen resolution

When I click on "Preview in Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0" at different
resolutions, I obtain the same result, same internet explorer window so I
can't simulate different screen resolutions (for example, 800x600). Any idea
of what's going on ?

Don't worry about resolution, as it's not the important variable anyhow.
Set your screen to your preferred resolution, and preview in the browser.
Now make your browser window smaller and smaller by resizing it from the
resize handle. You will see the way the page will look in all lesser
resolution screens that way.
