Prevent Field Highlight on Tab Into

How can I prevent a field from being highlighted when user tabls into it.

I'd like to send cursor to end of existing text.

[KeyBoard]
"Behavior Entering Field"
o Select Entire Field
o Go to Start of Field
+ Go to End of field
