Prevent deletion of files and folders

I'm setting up 4 computer running Win Xp home for school use and i what to
prevent pupils to delete files on c:\

I created a limited account for them, and an unlimited account for teacher
but it doesn't work, pupils are still able to delete system files!

I need help!

You need software or a hardware solution to prevent that. Even the lowest
user setting a person would be able to delete certain files. I would
suggest you look into deepfreeze http://www.deepfreezeusa.com/index.htm or
Centurion Guard http://www.centuriontech.com/centurion-about.htm especially
in a school setting.

I'd suggest that XP Home is not entirely suitable for business/education
use.

You need to be setting up NTFS permissions to prevent students from deleting
stuff in the various system folders, and XP Home isn't really geared up for
this imho.
