How can I prevent my default page in IE being changed after visiting a website
How can I disable my default page being changed after logon because unintended program has been installed after visiting a website

I seem to recall Spybot has this as one of its features

But where can I find the programs to be run during windows startup in the registry

If you run Spybot it removes most hijackers etc
