Prevent a form's "send to" address from appearing in page source?

I notice that the "send to" email address specified in my FP2003 form, is
visible when I view the page source.

Presumably that means it's also harvestable by spambots?

Is there a way to keep this "send to" form address from being revealed?

Correct, it is harvestable by spambots.

1. solution is to use a server-side script to process the form.

This puts the address in a Javascript module, but more importantly according
to Jim, reduces Spamming to that address considerably, if not entirely.
