Presenter video problems

I have made a presentation and took video with a camcorder. Put boths files
in the comp. and synchronized them in presenter.

In the preview it works flawlessly. When I publish for CD the progam makes
all the required convertions and set the CD.

The problem is that when I insert the CD onthe computer it open the web
interface but it cannot start the presentation. The video area do not start
and no matter how many times i press the start button it does nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.
