Preselecting ListView items

Sorry for the simple question. What is the way to select a ListView item in
code?

I wish there was a delete. I forgot about setting the Selected property of
the ListViewItem. I'm used to my own UserControl wrappers in VB6 where I had
long ago forgotten how to do things like this to constituent controls.

Yes and you could follow that with a call to EnsureVisible depending on your
requirements.

Can I ask you in the future please follow up in the original thread you

I understand about not changing the subject line within a thread. But the
subject of this question was completely different than the subject of the
question I posed about smartphone keypress events. When the subject is
completely different, wouldn't you rather it be in a different thread so that
it might be more visible to people that are searching for answers to the new
question?
