Preload Images

I understand Dreamweaver has a feature that allows you to
preload images so they show up quicker on a visitors
browser. Does Frontpage offer this same feature and if
so,how do I do it. Thanks.
 
I know fp 2003 has it because I was working on someone's meta tags and some
functions where I kept bumping into it.
its a behavior. insert the preload images behavior and browse for the
pictures. the pics you want to preload are ones that will come up next
based on potential image swaps etc.
