Outlook Express 6

Is it possable to write a Program in Excell to Predict the Lottery winning
numbers, I am sure a lot of us have given this some Thought any Ideas?
 
It certainly is possible.
I have done that for both the California and Oregon State USA lotteries.
However, for some reason my name still does appear on the Forbes 400 list.

Yes, it is quite trivial.

Pick a random set of numbers for that lottery, for example 5 of 47 and
1 of 27 numbers.

I predict that the winning lottery number is anything but the one you
pick :-).
