Is there a predefined macro set when the TR1 extensions from the "Visual
C++ 2008 feature pack" are installed?

The closest I've noticed is _HAS_TR1, but it's defined in a header file.

You can define _HAS_TR1 to 0 to exclude the tr1 code.
