Hello,

I have a Exchange 2003 server and my clients are using outlook 2003.
On the server we have a Calendar public folder.
If i add a new appointment to my calendar, there is an option LOCATION.
Is it possible to have predefined locations here?

Second question,

if it possible, is it also possible to get a warning when 2 people make an
appointment
on the same location at the same time ( or overlapping time) (for example:
reserve a meeting room)

Thank you,

No, that's not possible. Outlook builds the list on the fly as you enter new appointments.

You can set up resources to reject conflicting appointments; see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm
