Hi I am a customer service person. Lately I found out that I am wasting
my time typing a same thing 20 times a day. So I open a note book and
type a reply and copy paste this in email replies as I need it.

But I am wondering if there is some software out that that can make
things more efficient. What I need is a dropdown box in outlook reply
email window where you can choose different pre recorded text. For
example, choosing "Tracking Number Replay" in dropdown box will
automatically add "Tracking # is posed in your order history. Please
log in to your account to check the tracking #. You can track it at
www.ups.com...blah blah blah..."

I am sure there should be a add-on or macro that someone written for
similar purpose. Anyone know how to find it?

One way to handle this is by creating more Outlook signatures or, if Word is your email editor, AutoText entries.
