PRB: Automation Error: Remote Procedure Call Failed

Hi

I have an issue with an Access 2000 system doing a mail merge progamatically
to Word 2000.

This works on 90% of machines, just one machine is throwing up the error
above (Error Code: -2147023170)

Any ideas what would cause this on the machine. I am tryig to track it down,
as I dont like the idea of coding a work around for just one machine
