I am building a presentation in 2000 for a client that has 2002. Some of the
formatting on his version is a little wonky. Graphics slightly in the wrong
place, text in tables not layed out the same, and slide titles on two lines
instead of one, etc.

What can i do to fix this?

I don't know about the graphics but for the text: does he have the same
fonts, have you saved the file with the fonts?

He does indeed have the same fonts. It's a template i am using from their
company in fact.

How do you save the file with the fonts?

Thx for the info

Under Tools/Options, on the Save tab, select to embed true type fonts. Try
that, and if it corrects the formatting issues, then have your colleague go
to Format/Replace Fonts and look to see which ones show up with a ?? beside
the font name in the list. Those are the missing fonts he'll need to install
on his system.
