PPP negotiation is not converging

Paul RIffe

Win NT server running RRAS. Windows 2000 client unable to
connect. I get the PPP negotiation is not converging error
in the event viewer on the NT box. Other clients are able
to connect ( win98, NT XP etc ) Haven't found other WIN2K
clients unable to connect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please post the Event ID and source of the error you mention. Also, what service pack are you running on the Windows 2000
machine?

Problem was resolved with the Win2000 workstation by
restoring OS from backup.
I am still getting the errors on the VPN server.
