Yes, there is microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync for problems with
activesync. For general problems, just try microsoft.public.pocketpc.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jeff Stephenson

| I'm afraid that PPC Outlook is done by a different group - I'm not
| sure who you should contact to find out about this. Is there maybe a
| newsgroup devoted to PPC?

| || Hi Jeff,
|| Its not a authentication problem.
|| We do authenticate, and use SSL (or TLS in exchange).
||
|| This problem was fixed in OfficeXP and Office 2003 with a patch.
||
|| I am looking for the same fix for the PPC running Mobile 2003
||
|| The issue boils down to, the client does not send the starttls
|| command properly.
||
||
||
|| message ||| It may not be SSL that's the problem, but that you have to
||| authenticate to your server in order to send. See

||| |||| Similar to the issues with Office XP, which was fixed with the SP.
||||
|||| Outlook on the PPC2003 does not send with SSL enabled, on port 25,
|||| authentication required to send.
||||
|||| Is there any service packs for the PPC version??
