Does anyone know where I can find the equivalent of the XP PowerToys
for Vista?

TIA,
David

I have not used it much.... why do you say its faulty,
and how do you know the author has a bad attitude?

but there are others, for example tweakvi

http://www.totalidea.com/content/tweakvi/tweakvi-index.html

and a super duper hardcore tweaker king of all tweakers is X-setup but its
not free (has a trial though)
http://www.x-setup.net/ this is vista compatibe now

please tell me if this helps

many people have already reported problems with using it.
asked the author a question once before about support of 64 bit since he advertised it to be, web site said different.
he responded with a snotty rude response of read far.
read it correct, he advertised it as compatible, his web site said beta, use at own risk.

so far as I am concerned he has a bad attitude and the program is crap.
tried it, worthless.
only way to get anything decent is to buy the upgraded version.
he also plays on the original TweakUI name to confuse users.

he never responds to questions or problems reported with it.
