Powertoy Virtual Desktop Manager MSDVM

I am using this tool since long time and find it quite useful.
A problem occurs with MS Office 2003 German, especially with Excel and
Access. If one of these applications are open and I switch to another desktop
and back again, the application has lost all menu and symbol bars.
Does anybody know a solution for this ?

You're not the only one with this experience, but I don't use excel often so
I haven't tried to find a fix.

If you minimize the applications before switching windows you won't
lose the menu bar. If you forget and lose the menu bar, minimize the
window, switch to another desktop, then switch back and re-open the
window - the menu bar will be back.
