Can a 2007 PowerPoint presentation with the PowerPoint viewer be sent to
someone by E-mail? If so, how is that done? I'm also using Vista.

The PPS file can be sent, depending on its size. IIRC, the viewer is
too large to be accepted by most email servers.

I'd suggest you include the url to get the PP viewer and/or advise the
recipient to try it in OpenOffice.org.

Why would they need OpenOffice when they can get PP viewer? That sounds
like a dumb suggestion. Nobody really needs Open Office if can use the PP
viewer. What a waste of time and effort.
