PowerPoint viewer - always full screen

On the PowerPoint viewer from Microsoft, the view is always full screen. Is
it possible to make it appear in a window? I've read the documentation for
the viewer and tried searching on Google for some advice, but perhaps used
the wrong search terms.

Thanks for any help.
 
You can only view slides in full Slide Show view with the viewer. You need
the full version of PPT to see other views.
