Powerpoint should have option to center text top to bottom

Does anyone know how to center text top to bottom inside a text box?

Try right clicking on the selected text box and choose format text box (or
autoshape or placeholder).

Choose the text box tab from the dialog box.

Select middle centered from the 'text anchor point' choices.
