powerpoint presentations

We have a Tv DVD player that will show PowerPoint presentations; how do I
change PPt.ext. to jpg.ext.

Are you sure that the DVD will play PPT presentations? Most (all?) don't.
Sounds more like you need JPG images of each of your slides.

If that's the case, open the presentation in PowerPoint, choose File, Save As
and pick JPG in the Save as Type listbox. Supply a name and when PPT asks,
tell it to export all the slides in the presentation.

Voila. JPGs.

As far as I know, a DVD player can not play Powerpoint presentations
directly . You need to change the presentation format. I guess you wanted to
chang it from ppt to jpg but it is not the correct way. In fact, it should
be from ppt to mpeg.And you need a conversion software to do it.
