Using PP 2003, Windows XP Professional on my PC. Is there a way that I can
e-mail a PP presentation done up in Pack & Go to a recipient for approval.
It is in a folder on my hard drive by itself. I've tried several times and
different ways but it won't open for the recipient, something is left out or
the server deletes it because it's too big! Would save greatly on CD's and
mailing expenses!

There are some options
online file transfer sites available
larger mailboxes (like gmail)
ftp sites
winzip - using the file splitting

In addittion to Bill's good advice , any chance you could get the size down
by eg smaller resolution pictures, mps or riffwav sounds.

Although this might not be totally satisfacdtory, you could Save as .. JPG
images and then send the images (say zipped up). Not the actual
presentation, but if it is only the basic content that is of interest, that
will be smaller and will also downsize automatically any really large
pictures automatically. Won't work obviously if you have sound files
involved.
