Which Powerpoint version do I download & install if I'm
using Windows 2000 / Microsoft Office XP Small Business?

Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately, PowerPoint did not become part of the Small Business Package
until 2003, so it is not included on you SBE 2002 disks.

You have several options:
1. Buy the full stand alone version of PowerPoint (any version, but I do
not recommend anything prior to PowerPoint 2002). Be aware there is also a
much less expensive upgrade version that will not work, if you do not have
an installed version of PowerPoint. Many computer store sales help do not
realize this and may sell you the wrong version: You need the full version,
not the upgrade. Unless you ...
2. E-bay often has low-cost previous full-install versions of PowerPoint
available. You could purchase one of these, and then use the upgrade
version to get current. As always, use care in selecting on-line purchases.
3. Buy the Office 2003 SBE Suite that includes PowerPoint.

As long as Windows 2000 has SP-3 (I think that's a requirement, anyway) ,
install PPT 2003.

You cannot download PPT (unless you have an MSDN subscription), you'll have
to purchase it and use the install CDs.

I really appreciate it. Thanks!
