Powerpoint - fade in bullets at will, not automatically

How do I control when bullets appear in a presentation? I have used fade,
which is great, but I do not want bullets to appear until I trigger in some
way.
 
Hi Sherinka

In the custom animation taskpane, select all the animations & change the
start setting to 'on click'. BTW this is the default if you add the
animation to the placeholder rather than highlighting the text & adding the
animation. It gets a little more involved if you have levels of bullet
points...
