"Powerpoint: A security problem has occurred"

Hello All
Hoping someone could help with a Powerpoint problem I'm having. I have created a powerpoint slide with web links. When a user opens the document in 'slide show' view, most users can click on the links and are directed toward the website. However, some users are getting an error message that reads "A security problem has occurred". And they are not able to get to the website

An ideas? Thanks ahead of time- I appreciate the help

My guess is that it is due to the security settings in their browser, like
cookies or trusted sites. I would ask them what browser they are using and
what security settings they have.
