Powerpoint 97 running on MS2000-Error Message when adjusting Fonts

When I try to adjust font sizes in PP 97 I get an error
message that says owerpoint has found an error it acn
not correct, please close and restart.

What is going on? I tried to reload PP97 but no good. It
happens on all prersentations.

HELP!!!

about a default printer driver.

Make sure you have at least one normal printer driver installed (ie, not a fax
or other "oddball" driver) and make sure it's set as default.

Doesn't matter if you actually HAVE the printer or not, so long as the driver's
installed and PPT can find it.
