How do I package a presentation to burn to cd and distribute?
Thanks,
PowerPoint 4.0 (are you sure it's not a typo?) was developed eleven (!)
years ago - nobody was thinking about using CDs to transport and show
presentations at that time.
There are two options:
- Copy everything you want to include on the CD to one folder and burn the
contents to a CD, it's not necessary to use Pack&Go to distribute
presentations.
- Upgrade to a newer version. The "Package for CD"-option in PowerPoint 2003
is great and you will not miss Pack&Go once you have tried it.
However, you cannot "upgrade" to Office 2003 or PowerPoint 2003. The full
version must be purchased. Just thought I would add that so there is no
confusion.
