Powerpoint 2003

Just upgraded to PP 2003 and it seems a lot harder to do simple things like timmings of pictures, title timmings, picture motions and what angle the pictures fly in from. I use a lot of pictures on most slides and run them to music plus i insert video clips and i like to bring the title in, then the pictures then the text. It seems that any powerpoint presentations i bring into 2003 from 2002 v10 have inbeded fx that i cant get rid of. Also i cant seem to get the title on a slide to come in before the text. It's doing my head in. When i look at the custom animation next to a slide there seems to be no effects added but when i play the slide the text comes in before the title, but there are no 'order' icons to change the order, it seems to be in bedded in the slide. Any answers anyone.

Do you have any animation schemes applied? Or animations on the master

should give you an idea of what I'm talking about.

I'm surprised you're seeing such a difference between 2002 and 2003, to be
honest. They're pretty much identical here.
