I need to hear as well as see information. When I am dealing with a text
file, I just pass it to ReadPlease Free, and it reads it out loud to me. I
read along with it for extra emphasis.

But ReadPlease doesn't want to accept my PPT slides as text, and I don't
want to feed it the text of one slide (CTRL+A, CTRL+V) at a time.

Is there any way, in or out of PPT, with or without a text reader, to get
PPT to read me all my slides? Preferably a way that is free?

This describes a macro that'll export the text from a PPT presentation to a
text file you could read in NotePad:
