Powerpoint 2000

How can I get Powerpoint 2000 to start with the window maximised? It is no
big deal really, of course, but it seems odd that it is the only Office
program that won't. Several other people I know find this as well, so it is
not just me. I have searched the help file to no avail. If I maximise the
window and then shut Powerpoint down, it will start that way next time -
until I close down Windows. When I then restart windows and open Powerpoint,
it reverts to the old size. Maybe there is a good reason for this, but I
can't imagine what it might be.
 
Do you want the presentation to open as a show? Then save it as a PowerPoint
Show or change the extension to .pps.
