I have created a presentation in Powerpoint 2000 that I
want to display on a website. However, I want people to
click on it and see the presentation unfold, not a static
copy of the finished slides. Publishing the show in HTML
only gives me the finished slides.

How do I publish a slide show so website visitors can see
the presentation, either continuously running or user
intervention starting the show by clicking on a hyperlink?
..
Any help is appreciated. (e-mail address removed)

When you saved the presentation to Web Page, did you click on Tools and then
Web Options and check the box to "Show slide animation while browsing"? Is
that what is missing?

No I had not. I appreciate your input. I have been
checking out your website. A lot of good stuff. A must
bookmark for me and others. Thanks for your input. PPT is
an incredible program that needs more professionals like
yourself to be promoted by Microsoft to show its powerful
features. Again thanks. Most definately worth the wait.

Well, there are 12 of us, but we're volunteers and traffic is slow on the
weekends, so you'll only see a couple of us hangin' out here. Come back
often. It's a great place to share what you know and to learn from others.
I learned everything I know from this newsgroup.
