Is there any way to check what wattage your power supply is, without
physically checking the back of your computer? (I am disabled and cannot
crawl about the floor!)

Unless you can find the specifications printed elsewhere (manufacturers web
site) - no!

Read any booklets or info that came with your computer, it may be in there.
Get the maker name and model, check their website, it may be there. email
the company with your computer model and ask.

Even looking at the back won't do it. The power supply label can only
be seen by opening the PC case.

Despite myths, there's no point in checking total wattage availability of a
given power supply.

What is important is the amperage available off each voltage leg, and the
amperage consumption of your PC from each voltage concerned. This is what
seasoned PC builders concern themselves with, not a total wattage from a
given power supply as it means absolutely nothing.
