Power settings in XP

Q: How does a limited a/c user change their standby/power settings if its
restricted? Better yet, how does the admin change it for them? Or are all
limited a/c users sentenced to using "Always On" indefinitely...o_O

Limited users are sentenced to useing whatever the admin has set up for the
system.
 
well - its been my experience that no matter what power management setup i
choose for the admin a/c. this has no effect on the limited a/c users power
scheme. So what am i missing here? Is the some setting in the admin a/c i
need to change other than the power management window?

Then change the limited user account to an admin account, set up the power
scheme you want, then change it back to a limited user account.
