Window XP?

First of all, you didn't add "Window XP Small Business" because
there's no such thing. Do you mean that you bought and installed
"Office XP Small Business Edition? That edition doesn't come with
PowerPoint

Is there anyway I can buy and download just Power Point

Buying a new Windows XP wouldn't help you at all, because neither
PowerPoint nor any other component of Office has ever come with
any version of Windows. No, you can't download it, but yes you
can buy it separately. Once you've bought it, you can install it.

Windows XP (either Home or Pro) is not the same as "Microsoft Office." So when
you say that your new computer "came with Windows XP Home" and you "added Windows
XP Small Business," what you probably mean is that you added Microsoft Office
Small Business Edition to the order.

PowerPoint is included in Microsoft Office Small Business Edition, along with
Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Word.
(http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/howtobuy/compare.mspx#ECAA). Do you
see any of these other applications? If not, either (a) your vendor didn't give
you what you asked for or (b) more likely, your vendor didn't preinstall these
applications, and included a CD of Office Small Business in the box.

Call whoever you purchased this computer from and ask how to get what you paid
for.

Since it's Dell, what you probably bought was Office "Basic Edition" rather than
Office "Small Business Edition." If you don't need the current (2003) bells and
whistles, you can probably get the 2002 version for considerably less on eBay or
at some retailers.

PowerPoint is sold separately, see here:

You might also look at Impress
(http://www.openoffice.org/product/impress.html), the presentation
creator that's part of Open Office. It's free.

Actually, Ken, Office 2003 SBE does now include PowerPoint. There is a
new version, Office 2003 Basic Edition, that does not. Have a look:

Yes, I know, Bruce. But the question seems to have been about
Office *XP* SBE, which, as far as I know, doesn't include
PowerPoint.
