Using 2003 to develop a presentation with about fifteen automateed slides in
the middle that have music and narration. When I first developed
presentation tried each section of narration and audio to make sure computer
had enough memory to run it. It did fine. When I put the whole show
together it stops in the middle of the presentation and I can't advance. If
I escape and start over it will run. I tried on different machine 2.8 GHZ
with 1 gig of ram and it is still a problem. Also tried saving under
different name, tried the hardware acceleration recommendation on posts still
no luck. Ran task manager and it does not seem to be using all the ram. Got
rid of all slide transitions and any of the memory hogging animations. I
have 75 slides in show and the size is 48 MB. Thanks for any help.

Go to Slide Show > Set Up Show. Do you have it set to show all slides?

What is the slide transition setting on the slide that it stops on?

It is set for all slides. I took out all of the slide transitions. It stops
different places on different machines. Generally it stops after the
automated part of the show. When I try to move forward on the slides that
advance by mouse click it will not advance.

Is the slide show set to Kiosk?
